– Rear courtyard with a rotary line and laundry room with a 2nd sink
– Front lawn extends to the edge of the low cliffs with delightful views overlooking the sea and beach below

– Private parking area for one large or two small cars

Local Area…
– Beach with sand and rock pools at low tide is just a minutes walk down the hill
– Village amenities are very close at hand with a pub, local shops, post office and restaurant
– Seaton is a 20 minute walk along the coast
– 50 yards above Downderry beach

– There are boundary fences between the cottages (although young children will need to be supervised) and a 3ft high sturdy wire fence on the seaward side
