A rustic brick-and-carrstone cottage in Old Hunstanton, just 0.5 miles from the gorgeous and sandy Hunstanton beach, this three-bedroom holiday home is wonderful for a group holiday by the sea. You'll have a village shop and a couple of lovely pubs within 0.5 miles, along with a scenic golf club for enjoying a peaceful round. Whether it's the steam trains, lavender fields or sand dunes you're here for, this pretty corner of England is sure to delight!

This attractive home is brimming with charming original features, starting with its elegant wooden beams which stand proud in the kitchen-diner and bedrooms. Wooden furniture throughout, along with high-quality soft furnishings and wall artwork, add to the appeal. A modern sunroom has been added to the back, offering plenty of seating and a fab spot for reading or drinking tea. This leads out onto an enclosed garden through French doors. The ground floor also comprises an extra room you can use as a convenient kids' room or a downstairs bedroom, complete with a TV, DVD and a sofa bed. Upstairs are three more bedrooms - an en-suite king-size, another king-size, and a twin - as well as a family bathroom. In fine weather, you'll love making the most of the outdoor space, which includes a furnished terrace and a BBQ shed - ideal for cooking and dining in the fresh air.

Hunstanton is a lively Victorian seaside town famous for its stunning coastline and picturesque Esplanade Gardens. Kids will love a trip to the Sea Life Sanctuary (2.5 miles), or you could stroll down the pier (1.5 miles) before tucking into some fish and chips. Keen walkers will waste no time joining the Norfolk Coastal Path, which takes in wide beaches, sand dunes, salt and freshwater marshes and nature reserves. Twitchers, pack your binoculars and head to RSPB reserves at Titchwell (4.5 miles) and Snettisham (5.5 miles).
