In the lounge/dining area there's a sofa and a sofa bed, plus a Smart TV with a DVD and Sky - ideal for an entertaining evening at home. When you're ready for a good night's sleep, head through to the double bedroom, which boasts ample storage and an en-suite shower room. Another great bonus is the private, decked terrace, which is safely enclosed and includes outdoor furniture for dining in the fresh air as you enjoy the fabulous views over the field towards Filey Bay.

With easy access to the 5-mile beach below, the apartment is just 1.5 miles along the coast path from the popular destination of Filey. This former fishing village boasts lovely Edwardian architecture, a historic promenade and a traditional seaside atmosphere, with amusement arcades, quirky shops, fish and chips and ice-cream parlours. Try some water sports, watch the sea birds, go fossil hunting or hike the long-distance Cleveland Way, which runs through the North York Moors and along the coast. If you feel like a day further afield, Scarborough and Bridlington are both only 9.5 miles away.
