A delightful New England style house located on Brownsea Road in the heart of the Peninsula. With cool spacious rooms and bright seaside decor, Roosters Perch is a wonderful holiday destination for a larger family. The interior is a wonderful mix of modern touches, antique furniture and original paintings, making this a beautiful and relaxed space to rest in and unwind from everyday life. Located just a few minutes’ walk away from our majestic beaches and the harbour, there is plenty to explore and discover on your doorstep. There is also a choice of places to grab a bite to eat on the Peninsula, including Rick Stein’s Restaurant, Oriel Bistro or Lazy Jacks pizzeria.

Roosters Perch sleeps up to 12 guests in four bedrooms, plus a mezzanine area with a day bed with a single trundle, which is on the second floor, along with the master bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two doubles, one with an en-suite and one twin bunk that shares a family bathroom. The ground floor has a lovely social open plan layout with a fitted kitchen and island, a large dining table, and a comfortable sitting room with a feature log burner, which makes the house wonderfully cosy in the colder months. Also on the ground floor is a walk-in wet room which is perfect following a dip in the sea. Patio doors to the rear of the property leading out to a private courtyard garden with outdoor seating, BBQ, and hot tub.
