Fabulous traditional fisherman's cottage is directly overlooking New Quay. Idyllic location for a seaside holiday: quiet lane, fantastic views and only a short walk to sandy beaches, harbour, shops and pubs.

The cottage has been in the same family for over 250 years. The current owner has been the Coxswain of the local lifeboat for 31 years but has been on the boat for 38 years and is always on hand to provide help and advice if needed.

New Quay is a lovely traditional seaside resort and the midpoint of the All-Wales Coast Path which boasts spectacular walks and views.

This coastline is a haven for the resident bottle-nose dolphins and porpoises, and you can take a boat trip out to catch these stunning animals. It also affords safe swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding and scope for exploration on pleasure or fishing trips.
