Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is set in the lovely seaside village of Llanrhystud. It is a detached traditional stone-walled house built in 1808 and has been lovingly restored to be a cosy, peaceful, home-from-home retreat within the stunning Welsh countryside.

The house is sympathetic to its time with beamed ceilings and is quaint but spacious, sleeping up to 6 people. Enjoy a drink in the pretty garden area or relax and plan your days out from the comfort of the lounge and dining room.

Rose Cottage is situated in a great location away from the main hustle and bustle, but near enough for easy access to the most beautiful beaches and walks Wales has to offer along the Cardigan Bay coastline. The abundance of beaches such as those at New Quay, Llangrannog, the popular National Trust beach at Mwnt, Poppit Sands and Penbryn and many more are all a short drive from the cottage.  

The colourful Georgian town of Aberaeron with independent shops, places to eat, and a pretty harbour to stroll around is just a quarter of an hour away and to the north the university town of Aberystwyth has a Victorian promenade, a cliff railway, and a wide range of shops, cafes and restaurants.
