Inside the property, the open-plan lounge/diner is located on the first floor to benefit from elevated sea views. This bright coastal-themed space with a wood burner-effect electric fire has a dining table with bench-style seating and two sofas which look out onto the garden through the patio doors. Continue into the sophisticated grey and white kitchen to find a breakfast table and a glass patio door. Also on this level is a double bedroom with views of the bay plus a family bathroom. Entertain your guests with some table tennis in the ground-floor games room. Also on this floor is a shower room, utility room and two bedrooms - a king-size zip-and-link with sea views and a twin room. Outside, you'll find a steep terraced garden with furniture on the patio areas.

Wander into the centre of Saundersfoot (0.5 miles) to reach the harbourside and a handful of independent eateries. Unwind on the sandy shores of Saundersfoot Beach (0.5 miles) or follow the coastal trail from Coppet Hall Beach (1 mile) to Wisemans Bridge (1.5 miles). Visit the dog-friendly National Trust Colby Woodland Garden and explore its eight acres of woodland, wildflowers and walled gardens. If you're away with kids, take them to let off some steam at Heatherton World of Activities (4 miles) - which also welcomes dogs.
