This first-floor abode is accessible via external steps leading to a delightful enclosed patio which is decorated with a playful nautical theme. Step inside to find a modern kitchen, which has elegant exposed wooden shelving and a breakfast bar where you can perch with snacks. A step further leads into the good-sized lounge, where a stylish wood burner, quality furnishings and a Smart TV await. The large bay window features a pretty window seat that's ideal for catching up with some reading. The spacious double bedroom has feature lighting and an ornamental original cast iron fireplace, while the chic bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi bath for indulgent holiday soaks. Outside, bask in the sun on your private terrace or enjoy a sunset wine for a romantic experience.

Locally, take the dog for a walk in the pretty Peasholm Park (0.5 miles), which has a beck running right through it. Take a scenic stroll or an open-top bus ride along the seafront for a leisurely morning out or take a ride on one of Britain's oldest funicular cliff lifts (1 mile), which originally ran on seawater (though today it's electricity that'll get you up)! If you're lucky during your stay, you may spot dolphins, seals and or porpoises in their natural habitat for a memorable experience.
