The house itself boasts lovely, light-filled rooms with bright white walls and pops of colourful furnishings. A boat mooring is also available for your convenience.

Upon entering, you're greeted by a spacious hallway leading to a central day room where you can unwind and enjoy breathtaking sea views through expansive windows. Three sets of French doors open onto a decked area, perfect for al fresco dining. The kitchen features attractive handmade oak units and is fully equipped for culinary endeavours, with the adjoining utility room adding convenience. The dining area offers spectacular sea views, while the lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas and chairs. A large bay window with a window seat provides the ideal spot for watching passing yachts. The lounge also features a Smart TV and an open fire for cosy nights curled up with loved ones. You'll find a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a separate cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a super-king-size bed, a TV, sea views, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is another super-king-size room. Seaview and the nearby villages of St Helens (2.5 miles) and Bembridge (5 miles) boast several excellent dining options and plenty of pubs to keep you refreshed. Don't miss the historic Osborne House (10 miles), Queen Victoria’s former island residence, or the vibrant areas of Cowes and Ryde (4 miles), where you can soak up the maritime ambience and try your hand at various water-based activities.
