In the modern part, the view from the long bi-folding doors will stop you in your tracks as you stand in the apex-ceilinged kitchen/diner that's a real focal point and social hub, with a sturdy table seating eight and a modern kitchen with an island. Useful for multi-generational holidays, there's an en-suite king-size bedroom downstairs with beamed vaulted ceilings and double doors onto the garden. Upstairs, pick from a generous king-size and a twin bedroom; all three are beautifully decorated in calm tones, providing individual but restful spaces.
