Unwind in the bright, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with neutral-toned decor throughout and plenty of natural light pouring through the skylights, windows and patio doors. On one side of the room is a comfortable sofa and an armchair, centred around a contemporary wooden coffee table, with a stocked bookshelf on hand for holiday reading. Continue past the intimate two-person dining table into the L-shaped fitted kitchen with grey/brown countertops and cream Shaker-style cabinets. The king-size bedroom boasts an ornate mirror and a wardrobe. Inside the spa-like tiled bathroom is a freestanding roll-top bath and a walk-in shower. Outside you'll find a decked garden with furniture to the front of the property and a rear garden with an unfenced fishpond.

While staying in the seafront village of Broomholm, you'll have an array of cosy cafes and restaurants on your doorstep (less than 0.5 miles). Head to the waterfront for a picnic on the sandy Bacton Beach (1 mile) or Reyn's Beach (0.5 miles). Head into the Norfolk Coast National Landscape (1 mile) to explore the scenic trail along Sidestrand and Trimmingham Cliffs (7 miles). Also within reach is the 15th-century National Trust Felbrigg Hall Gardens and Estate (13 miles) and National Trust Sheringham Park (16.5 miles) - where you can stroll around the 1000-acre estate known for its rhododendrons and azaleas.
