Newly built, The Coachman's Halt feels full of character with a rustic porch opening through an extra wide entrance door into an open-plan living space, complete with chunky overhead beams and a unique, reclaimed antique chandelier. A pair of grand Chesterfield sofas frame the space, which also includes a wall-mounted flatscreen television and family sized farm-style dining table.

A thoughtfully designed kitchen with height adjustable sink and height adjustable ceramic hob as well as low-level storage cupboards, a low height microwave, side opening oven and a remote-controlled fan mean whipping up those culinary classics is a complete breeze.

Sleeping four guests, the property has two large bedrooms with a shared en-suite that includes underfloor heating and a full wet room to easily accommodates a mobile hoist if required. Bright, superior quality linen and fluffy white towels are just a couple of the luxurious touches that guests can expect to enjoy, with Smart televisions in both bedrooms providing the option to enjoy a spot of evening viewing from the comfort of the bedrooms.

To make the most of sunny mornings and warmer evenings, Coachman's Holt provides not only a lovely sandstone area within a fully enclosed, lawned garden but also a private hot tub. With true Cornish hospitality, guests are welcomed to the property with a traditional cream tea including homemade scones, Jam and Cornish clotted cream – the perfect way to begin a memorable stay in one of Cornwall's most loved destinations.

The Coach House has various pieces of accessibility equipment available including a perching stool, self propelled shower chair, toilet seat riser (all available on request).
Larger pieces of accessibility equipment, such as mobile hoists, can be hired from Tremorvah Industries – they can arrange the delivery of the items to us, and we can ensure that they are set up in the cottage prior to your arrival.
