The Granary Ceredigion

The Granary is a converted, characterful, stone-built barn situated in Llanddeiniol, Ceredigion, part of Felin Carrog, a beautiful 19th-century former corn mill. This charming cottage is in a lovely rural setting surrounded by peaceful countryside.

Ideally located to explore the many attractions in Ceredigion, it's just 7 miles from the university town of Aberystwyth, a Victorian seaside resort with a promenade and pier, and 8 miles from the beautiful harbour town of Aberaeron with its colourful Georgian houses.

Once a busy fishing port, Aberaeron is one of Ceredigion's best-loved holiday resorts with 2 pebble beaches and a picturesque harbour. You can follow the coast south to the sandy beaches at New Quay and enjoy boat trips and dolphin watching.

The Ceredigion Coast Path is a joy for walkers, following the spectacular Cardigan Bay coastline with its stunning scenery between picture-perfect villages.

The nearest village of Llanrhystud offers a post office and shop, two dog friendly pubs / restaurants, church and petrol station with small supermarket.

ACCOMMODATION
The Granary sleeps 3 in 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the open-plan kitchen/lounge is on the first floor.

Kitchen area: induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Living/dining area: 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, 43" FreeSat Smart TV, log burner, table and chairs to seat 4, vaulted ceiling, skylights, garden views and door to garden. There are books and games for guests to enjoy.

DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 1: double bed, bedside tables, bedside touch lights, wardrobe and tallboy chest of drawers. This room has a large picture window and views of the country lane and fields.
Bedroom 2: single bed, bedside table, bedside touch light, tallboy chest of drawers and garden view.
Bathroom: bath, separate shower cubicle, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE
The garden is enclosed with a furnished seating area overlooking the garden and fields. There is a charcoal BBQ and rotary clothesline. The parking is at the rear of the property, can accommodate two cars and is off-road and private.
