This lovely property is perfect for a break whatever time of year, with a sun trap terrace for enjoying al fresco summer dining, to cosying up on the sofa with the log burner roaring away after a scenic walk on the coast path. East Prawle is a unique coastal village with a tranquil atmosphere. The village has an eclectic local pub that often hosts music in an adjoining hall, a village shop, café and easy access to the South West Coastal Path. A selection of beaches are on offer within a 3 mile radius, and access to the hugely popular town of Salcombe via the passenger ferry at East Portlemouth 2 miles away is easy. The bustling market town of Kingsbridge is a twenty minute drive away and historic Dartmouth is around half an hour away.
