The appealing National Trust harbour at Boscastle is just 2.5 miles away, and a leisure centre equipped with a swimming pool awaits in Camelford, a convenient 4.5 miles distant. Bossiney Cove, a steady 20-minute walk from the cottages, unveils a sandy beach at low tide, while the surfing haven of Trebarwith Strand is just a quick 10-minute drive away.

Titmouse Cottage, situated adjacent to Dipper and accessed from the courtyard, stands as the most spacious among the one-bedroom properties at Trenale Court.

With just one step guiding you to the half-glazed front door, you’ll find yourself directly in a bright, dual aspect living room featuring a television. This open living space comprises a galley-style kitchen area, a pine dining table accompanied by chairs, and a comfortable lounge with a sofa arranged in front of a wall-mounted electric fireplace. Additionally, a fully glazed patio door opens to a fenced south-facing garden that enjoys abundant sunshine throughout the day. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, including a fridge, electric hob and oven, and a microwave.

Completing the accommodation, positioned at opposite ends of the living room, you’ll find a delightful double bedroom and a bathroom furnished with a WC, hand basin, a shower over the bath, and a heated towel rail.
