The property is located on the edge of the thriving village of Williton and is within walking distance of a range of shops, pubs and a bakery. Step back in time and aboard a steam train, conveniently located behind the main farmhouse is the West Somerset Railway, that takes you through the beautiful Somerset countryside. Head to the coast and visit Watchet with it's pretty harbour, or the coastal town of Minehead, further along the coast are the attractive villages of Porlock, Lynmouth and Lynton. Dunster with its National Trust castle towering above it is a must see and is just a short drive, as is Exmoor National Park, perfect for those wishing to walk or cycle this awe-inspiring landscape. Golf Courses are found in Minehead at Minehead and West Somerset Gold Club (9 miles), Taunton at Oake Manor ( 15 miles ) and at Enmore Park (14.8 miles ). For water sports enthusiasts, Wimbleball Lake is only 11 miles by car and offers dinghy sailing, kayaking, windsurfing and glorious walks around the 11 mile circumference for your dogs.

When the day is done you can enjoy some stargazing through the Velux windows from the comfort of the cosy king-size bed in the sleeping area. Head outside the property into your private enclosed terrace and enjoy your morning coffee while planning the day ahead. You and your four-legged friends are very welcome to explore the owner's 25 acres and enjoy an abundance of walks over the land and along the river bank, or stop off at a picnic bench and enjoy a picnic lunch. There is a shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also dedicated, off-road parking found opposite the property, however you can drop off luggage easily.
