The private south-facing walled garden, accessible through a stable door, provides foot access to the coast road, and the patio is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy views of the meadows and river.

The picturesque village of Stiffkey boasts a fantastic location, conveniently near the charming towns and villages of Blakeney (4 miles), Wells-next-the-Sea (4 miles), and Cley-next-the-Sea (5 miles), the latter being home to the magnificent Cley Marshes Nature Reserve. Stiffkey Salt Marshes are part of the stunning Blakeney National Nature Reserve, perfect for birdwatching enthusiasts. From Blakeney Point, you can embark on a boat trip to see the local colony of grey seals. The beloved coastal town of Cromer, known for its traditional seaside entertainments, is 17 miles away, and for those interested in history and culture, nearby attractions include Langham Glass, the Muckleburgh Military Collection and Binham Priory, all within 11 miles of home.
