Additionally, guests have the delightful bonus of a shared recreational paddock where they can exercise their dogs while savoring panoramic sea vistas and the breathtaking beauty of sunsets.

Situated on one side of a peaceful country lane, these holiday cottages serve as an excellent launching point for exploring the county, whether by foot or by car. The surrounding area offers an abundance of scenic walks, including the enchanting coastal footpath and the picturesque Rocky Valley. Tintagel, a mere 5-minute drive away or a leisurely stroll, features an array of shops, pubs, and restaurants, along with the renowned medieval castle and Merlin’s sea cave.

The appealing National Trust harbor at Boscastle is just 2.5 miles away, and a leisure center equipped with a swimming pool awaits in Camelford, a convenient 4.5 miles distant. Bossiney Cove, a steady 20-minute walk from the cottages, unveils a sandy beach at low tide, while the surfing haven of Trebarwith Strand is just a quick 10-minute drive away.

Approached from its dedicated parking space, a gate swings open to reveal a quaint private lawned garden, with just a single step leading up to the practical entrance porch.

Crossing the threshold, an inner glazed door, and another small step usher you into a warm and inviting living room. Furnished with a television, two comfortable armchairs facing an electric fireplace, and a foldable dining suite, it offers a cosy ambiance. A neat row of pine fitted kitchen units houses essential appliances including a fridge, electric hob, oven, and microwave. The bedroom, while compact, boasts a comfortable double bed, accompanied by an en-suite shower room complete with a WC, hand basin, and a convenient walk-in shower.

To keep you comfortable, this property is heated using a combination of electric heating and night storage units. Shared amenities include a laundry room complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.
